Run by our Endocrinologists, we also have Diabetes Educators, Dietitians and Exercise Physiologists. Apart from individual consultations, we also run a specialised diabetes group exercise program all onsite.

Weight Management

We provide unparalleled personalised support and results. Our team includes Dr Kevin Lee (Endocrinologist and leading weight management specialist), Dr Fiona Bodey (Endocrinologist and General Medicine Physician), Prof Barbora de Courten (Specialist Physician and weight management specialist), our Accredited Exercise Physiologists and Accredited Practising Dietitians. We meet weekly as a team to discuss your program and progress and are continually supporting you on your journey.

Our Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEP’s) conduct thorough and in depth analysis and prescribe personalised exercise programs to stabilise and improve your medical issues, muscular strength, mobility and range of motion.

We focus on providing a personalised long term solution, taking into account your needs and goals. Whether it is through regular sessions whereby we can fully supervise all movements and exercises, through to tailored programs you can do at home, at a gym or with family/carers.

Our Dietitians also offer individualised advice, which is often really beneficial for family/carers who can then plan out all the meals and shopping.

Cardiac Exercise Programs

We provide a dedicated and fully supervised Cardiac Exercise Program. Our program involves a blend of individual and small group sessions whereby our Exercise Physiologists monitor throughout key cardiac parameters, as well as prescribe tailored exercises for each individual.

It is the most comprehensive private cardiac exercise programs available. Our program is run for 12 weeks to ensure long term success.
This is ideal for those at medium or high risk on a Doctor’s Heart Health check.

CARDIAC REHAB
